Our real estate agent, Melania Sandra, is undoubtedly someone special. After spending the past four decades living in the same house in Chicago, the prospect of looking for and buying a new home in a new city and community could be an overwhelming and stressful experience. Simply put, she understands the local Las Vegas housing market.

Melania knew exactly the type of home we were seeking within our financial plan and lifestyle. She provided us with timely and helpful advice, extremely attentive to details, and listened to all our concerns with a great deal of patience. Melania brings to mind a person who is warm and compassionate from within, yet tough as nails when negotiating with the builder and sub-contractors on our behalf. She always looks for the best deal on everything without sacrificing quality. She would only allow us to sign a document after passing her thorough review of the figures and information for accuracy and relevancy. And Melania’s assistance did not end after closing escrow. She went above and beyond the call of duty when helping us during our transition to living in Las Vegas.

In the end, we found our dream home in the Southern Highlands Master Planned Community. We couldn’t think of a more fitting community to spend our retirement years. Our biggest thanks to Melania Sandra for making it happen.
